Website content is provided for general information about the Foundation and its activities. It is not legal, financial, medical, educational, or other professional advice and should not be relied on as such.
3. Programmes and applications
Programme eligibility, deadlines, funding, selection, and benefits are governed by the specific programme documents and communications issued by the relevant administrator. Displaying a programme does not guarantee that applications remain open, that an applicant will be selected, or that support will continue unchanged.
The supplied Bloom Programme document states a 31 January 2026 application deadline. Visitors should confirm whether a later intake is available before sending personal documents.
4. Permitted use
You may access and print website content for personal, informational, and non-commercial use. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person, submit false information, or use the content in a misleading or unlawful way.
